Our History as 

On June 17th, 2025, we formed Gizmo Mobile Corporation, a low-cost wireless network operator. Founded by Gizmo, it was established to compete with providers such as Trump Mobile and J. Epstein Wireless.

In July 2025, we invented 6G+ Gizmo Internet™, a new generation of cellular network technology. Developed in-house by our research division, its speed is 60% faster than all our 3G competitors. 

In mid-2026, we announced GizmoAI, a in-house AI system that scans all data sent and managed by our servers. This allows us to sell your personal information, boosting our revenues. 

On May 17th, 2026, we entered an agreement to acquire the Pedophile Island Telephone Company (PITC) for US$98M cash and stock. This will allow us to compete with operators such as J. Epstein Wireless in places such as Little Saint James. The acquisition of PITC will be completed by the end of Q2 2026. 

On January 2nd, 2026, we partnered with Palantir to spy on you. In our new joint-venture, Gizmo-Palantir Intelligence Corporation, we will be able to track you using your personal information, camera, microphone, photos, and all sorts of creepy stuff. 

On May 21st, Gizmo-Palantir Intelligence Corporation rebranded to Spynet Corporation.
